  Ordered a 10 piece bucket. I received 10 legs and a small thigh. I was told, after I complained, that I could come in and get another 10 piece bucket for free. I came in again, and was told I picked it up already, which I didn't. After, I called the manager, he said he would look up the receipt that I would have signed to get the free bucket. He would call me back. I never heard from him again. I will never go in again.

  This isn't my favorite KFC. There's a drive-thru so I guess that's convenient. I've always gone inside. Parking has never been an issue since I've never seen a lot of people inside. The staff never weren't what I'd call very friendly and always came across a little slow - in both senses of the word. At least the dining room was mostly clean.
